Our mission at Jog For Good is to educate on the impact of racial inequity caused by implicit bias within the school and corporate environment. JFG uses data-driven tools to tailor professional development specifically for each school and business. Our customized curriculum offers deep learning opportunities to open discussion around how racial bias impacts our lives on a daily basis. We teach participants how to identify their own implicit bias and implement a strategy to reduce its negative impact on others.
